The service is intended for use on compatible devices and within a single network environment as outlined in our streaming policy. Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, resale, or misuse of the service is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.

 

Freedom Group TV is not responsible for interruptions in service caused by internet connectivity issues, device performance, third-party applications, or factors beyond our control.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Freedom Group TV, we aim to make your setup process simple and seamless.

Digital Delivery (No Device Purchase)

Once your package is purchased, you will receive an email with your subscription information, including:

  • Login credentials

  • Step-by-step instructions on how to install the application on your compatible device

  • A brief overview of the service

This allows you to get started quickly using your existing device.

Device Orders (Hardware Purchase Required)

If you purchase a streaming device along with your subscription:

  • Your subscription information (login details and instructions) will be emailed to you shortly after your purchase

  • Your streaming device will be shipped and delivered within 7–10 business days

Once your device arrives:

  • It will come preloaded with the Freedom Group TV application

  • You can begin streaming immediately after setup

  • The package will include simple instructions on which application to select and a brief overview of the service
