By purchasing a subscription, device, or accessing Freedom Group TV services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Overview
Freedom Group TV provides access to a digital streaming service that allows users to view live and on-demand content through compatible devices.
We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channels, programs, or content, as offerings may change at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use this service. By using Freedom Group TV, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscription & Billing

All subscriptions are billed in advance.

Subscription plans are non-refundable once purchased.

Access to the service will remain active until the end of the selected subscription period.

Subscriptions will expire at the end of the billing cycle unless renewed.
5. Device Requirements
To access the service, a compatible streaming device is required, including but not limited to:

Android TV Boxes

Amazon Firestick 4K / 4K Max

Apple TV 4K
If a device is purchased through us, it will be shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
6. Account Usage & Restrictions

Each subscription allows up to five (5) streams simultaneously on one (1) network.

Sharing access outside of a single household/network is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial use of the service is not allowed.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.
7. Delivery of Services

Subscription information (login details and instructions) will be delivered via email.

Devices, if purchased, will be delivered within 7–10 business days and come preloaded with the application.
8. Service Availability
Freedom Group TV strives to provide a reliable experience; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by:

Internet connectivity issues

Device performance
-
Third-party services or applications

Maintenance or system updates
9. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued once a subscription or device has been purchased.
10. Limitation of Liability
Freedom Group TV shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
